Given the products we sell, there are a few important points around faulty and unwanted goods to take note of. We only accept returns of faulty items as most of our items are covered under Part 3, 28 (3) (a) of the Consumer Contracts Act 2015, which excludes “sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery”. If the item is unwanted, it’s imperative that you do not open it and immediately open an returns case with us.
Unfortunately, although very infrequently, goods need to come back to us as faulty. If this happens, we need you to return it to us or the vendor you purchased it from. As soon as you find that it is faulty you agree to ship the faulty item back to us with all the original packaging, so we can confirm the fault.
