Given the products we sell, there are a few important points around faulty and unwanted goods to take note of. We only accept returns of faulty items as most of our items are covered under Part 3, 28 (3) (a) of the Consumer Contracts Act 2015, which excludes “sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery”. If the item is unwanted, it’s imperative that you do not open it and immediately open an returns case with us.

Faulty Goods Policy and Process

Unfortunately, although very infrequently, goods need to come back to us as faulty. If this happens, we need you to return it to us or the vendor you purchased it from. As soon as you find that it is faulty you agree to ship the faulty item back to us with all the original packaging, so we can confirm the fault.

  • If the product is returned and transpires that it is:
  • – in working condition, then it will be retuned to you and we will close your case.
  • – faulty, you will have the option of either a full refund, or a replacement. We will also likely provide something as a way of an apology.

Unwanted Goods Policy and Process

  • We will happily accept them back, providing the goods meet the following conditions:
  • – The goods are unused
    – The goods are in their original packaging and condition (including shrink wrapping, seals, etc) – we may ask for you to send an image to us to save time.
    – The goods are returned within 10 calendar days of the order
    – If we believe the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.
